Every day, our heroes answer calls from our clients in our comfortable and easily accessible offices or from home. During your shift you will be mainly on the phone speaking both English and Spanish with customers all over the United States who need to contact a business they work with such as their attorney, doctor, or a help desk technician.

To be effective as one of our virtual receptionists, you must have excellent questioning, listening, and comprehension skills. Our heroes must have both verbal and written and near-native English skills, with excellent soft skills including empathy, patience, kindness, and compassion.
