About Us

AnswerHero helps small and medium businesses answer their calls 24/7. Our staff is 100% bilingual and available 24/7/365 to ensure we answer every call, every time.

 

Answering for small businesses is different than most, if not all, other call center work. Our job is to listen to each caller, quickly understand their needs, document the interactions, and dispatch the message to the appropriate person.

Helpful 

Being helpful, is to get the caller the information they need, by being thorough but also working quickly and efficiently while respecting their time. 

Empathetic 

We first listen, and acknowledge, that each caller’s needs are unique and require us to try and see things how they see them. With a foundation of empathy, we’re then able to help them the best we can.

Resourceful

Our calls are pretty short, usually just 2 – 3 minutes, which means it’s important to utilize all available resources to ensure the caller’s needs are met.

Optimistic

Being optimistic is about more than being positive, it´s about having and sharing with the caller, an uplifting sense of the future.
